Refund Eligibility

Customers are entitled to a refund only if the e-voucher they purchased has not been used, redeemed, or activated in any way.

E-vouchers that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for a refund.


Cancellation & Refund Process

Refund Method

Refunds are processed exclusively via the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Refunds are handled through the corresponding payment gateway

  • The amount will be returned to the same account or payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, e-wallet)

  • The crediting time depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank


Limitations

  • No refunds for expired e-vouchers

  • No refunds for e-vouchers that have been used

  • Refunds cannot be processed via a different payment method


Final Provisions

Evouchers.cy reserves the right to reject refund requests if misuse of the policy is detected or if the Terms & Conditions are violated.
